  Each model key of Equilibar Back Pressure Regulators holds all information needed to specify the correct components for a Spare Part Kit. The Spare Part Kit is specified based on the following factors:

  BPR Model: 
  Each BPR Model has a different diaphragm size and bolthole-pattern; the BPR model also indicates which O-ring sizes are needed. The BPR model is always in the first 3 to 5 positions of the model key, for example LF1 or GSDH6, etc. 

  Diaphragm Material & Thickness and O-ring Material(s):
  Each BPR is initially calculated and configured with a diaphragm material and thickness that is suitable for your process conditions and application requirements. This is always visible in the second part of the model key. Diaphragms are coded as a letter/number-combination, O-ring materials are coded as 2, 3 or 4 letters (depending on how many O-rings the regulator uses).  

  If you write down the full BPR mode key or your 5-digit-serial-number here, then we can decode your required materials for you.
